Job Description

Looking for a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an Executive - AR in Trichy, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management services and excellent communication skills.Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from patients or insurance companies.

Coordinate with the billing team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.

Collaborate with the customer service team to provide excellent patient care and support.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions.

Job

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare management services.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using computer software and technology.

Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.
