Executive-Application Development-Backend Development

Basic Function :- Application Support
Monitor, maintain, and support .NET applications in a production environment.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and new releases.

• SQL Database Management:
  

Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions as needed.

• Incident Management:
• Provide support to end-users by addressing application-related queries and issues
• Conduct user training sessions as needed to improve user proficiency with the applications.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks to improve application efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  

Respond to and manage production incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Document and track incidents, resolutions, and root cause analysis.Work with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures and reduce future incidents.Essential Functions- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and work to create timely solutions and resolutions, to validate, verify, communicate, and resolve application issues.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in .NET and SQL development and support.
  

Primary Internal Interactions- Share / spread knowledge with team members as well as internal.

• Pro-active in maintaining and increasing the teams and your own technical knowledge.
  

Primary External Interactions- Communicate with onshore stakeholders & Executive Team Members.

• Client and stake holder Interactions to better understand expectations & streamline solutions. If required should be a bridge between the stake holder and the development team.
