Job Description

Basic Function :

Application Support

Monitor, maintain, and support
NET applications in a production environment

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools

Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and new releases

SQL Database Management:

Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring data integrity and availability

Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions as needed

Incident Management:
Provide support to end-users by addressing application-related queries and issues
Conduct user training sessions as needed to improve user proficiency with the applications
Identify and address performance bottlenecks to improve application efficiency
Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Respond to and manage production incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations

Document and track incidents, resolutions, and root cause analysis

Work with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures and reduce future incidents

Essential Functions

Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to roll up your sleeves and work to create timely solutions and resolutions, to validate, verify, communicate, and resolve application issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in
NET and SQL development and support

Primary Internal Interactions

Share / spread knowledge with team members as we'll as internal
Pro-active in maintaining and increasing the teams and your own technical knowledge

Primary External Interactions

Communicate with onshore stakeholders & Executive Team Members
Client and stake holder Interactions to better understand expectations & streamline solutions
If required should be a bridge between the stake holder and the development team

masters or bachelors degree in computer or related field

Required Skills Full Stack Technologist with extensive knowledge on web-based architecture, Microservice & distributed solution

NET Framework,
Net Core 6 0+,MVC 5, C#, ASP NET, WEB API, React, Redux, JSON, jQuery, ORMs(Entity Framework/ NHibernate), Messaging & Streaming Broker, Microsoft SQL Server 2016+

Experience in Azure Env, Data Bricks, Support Services Expertise in US Healthcare Insurance
