1. Field Sales Executive (Male)

Location: Mahanagar Branch, Bareilly

Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves meeting clients, generating leads, and assisting customers in availing loans through our banking partners.

Responsibilities:

• Meet customers and understand their loan requirements
• Collect and verify documents for loan processing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with banks & NBFCs for loan approvals
• Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits

Requirements:

• Any Graduate (bachelor’s degree required)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience: 1–5 years in Loans/Finance Sales
• Two-wheeler is mandatory
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

2. Tele Sales Executive (Male/Female)

Location: Mahanagar Branch, Bareilly

Job Role:

We are seeking energetic Tele Sales Executives to handle inbound/outbound loan tele-calling, customer support, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and schedule customer meetings
• Maintain tele-calling data and follow-ups
• Support field team for document collection and conversion

Requirements:

• Any Graduate (Computer efficiency preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in Loan Telecalling
• Basic MS Office/Computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
