Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant will oversee daily administrative responsibilities, such as managing schedules, organizing documents, and supporting senior executives. Tasks include effective communication, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and providing clerical assistance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative operations. The role requires excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Competence in Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document management, and multitasking
• Exceptional time management skills and organizational abilities
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Arts, open for freshers.
