Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Accounts Payable at our Ghaziabad location. Responsibilities include preparing and managing financial statements, processing and reconciling accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining proper records. The role also involves performing analytical reviews of accounts, assisting in audits, and working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Sound understanding of Accounting principles and Finance-related processes
Well-developed Analytical Skills applicable to accounts payable and financial operations
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role is highly beneficial
strong hands on experience in accounting entries
have good knowledge of TDS and GST
have experience in bank reconciliation
Should have atleast 1 year experience in accounts payable
