Executive – Accounts and Finance

📢 We’re Hiring: Accounts & Finance Executive | New Delhi (Mayur Vihar) | 2–3 Years Experience 

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with 2–3 years of experience? We’re looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team in New Delhi (Dallupura) and take charge of daily financial operations, vendor payments, reporting, and compliance.

📍 Location: New Delhi – Mayur Vihar

🕓 Experience Required: 2–3 Years

💼 About the Role:

You'll be responsible for managing core financial functions including transactions, reconciliations, returns filing, and internal coordination—ensuring smooth financial workflows and compliance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliations, and payments

Maintain vouchers, invoices, and financial records

Support monthly/quarterly closing processes

Coordinate with departments for invoice generation and follow-ups

Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

File statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF)

Prepare audit documentation and assist in budgeting

Work with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution

🎯 Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred

2–3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles

Proficient in Busy, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar software

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance rules

Strong MS Excel and reporting skills

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and deadline-focused

Strong communication skills
