Executive Access Control

To operate Access Control Application system for Activation, Deletion, modification of access rights on electronic access management system as per authorized procedures in designated shift and duty assigned during the shift of Maker / Checker. To process Smartcard/Access Card issuance forms based on maker/checker controls on the information given by user. To process exit requests based on alerts issued by HR/Vendor Management/Reporting Managers. To implement block leave procedures to block & unblock the Smartcard/Access Card as per Block leave alert. To process temporary card requests based on user requisitions. To maintain master database of user credentials capturing card issuance, deletion, temporary card issuance & associated details. To keep track of access cards not returned by employees/visitors for recovery. Report anomalies detected on the access application, database, card inventory for necessary correction. To keep control on access card/smart card stock, periodic reconciliation of cards & keep updated records of issuance/deletion/modification. Conduct photography, cleaning of cards, prepare photo artwork and print ID card on printing infrastructure. To participate in periodic review activities such as log review, audits, reconciliation exercises. To implement project specific activities on Smartpass or Access Control/Biometric System

Qualifications & Skills (Required)

• Candidate should be Graduate or Diploma holder with data entry skill OR Candidate having good experience of 2-3 years on ACS/Allies system.
• Preferably worked on access control system, IBMS, FAS. Certification/Training in the area of physical security, fire safety would be added advantage. Preferred (Good to Have) Good Interpersonal skills. Process oriented approach. Good written & oral communication skills. Good MS Word & Excel Skills (Data entry skills).
