Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and maximize revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent growth.

2. Channel Sales

  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and dealers.
  • Ensure proper product availability and visibility across the market.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and promotional drives to boost sales.

3. Product Promotion

  • Promote GM Modulars complete range of products through product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Educate customers and partners about product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

4. Market Analysis

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth areas.
  • Share regular insights with the marketing and product development teams for strategic planning.

5. Team Coordination

  • Support, guide, and motivate sales executives within the assigned territory (if applicable).
  • Ensure alignment with GMs brand objectives and sales goals.

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Sales Reporting

  • Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for strategy enhancement.

8. Territory Planning

  • Develop an effective territory plan including objectives, coverage, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure maximum market penetration and brand growth within the region.
