Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from international (US) customers related to healthcare services
Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to queries
Maintain professionalism and adhere to call quality standards
Update and document client interactions in the system
Follow all compliance and data security regulations (HIPAA guidelines preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to work in US rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Mandatory Requirements:

No prior experience in AR Calling, non-voice, or backend processes
Only candidates with
voice process experience
(if experienced) will be considered
