Role & responsibilities

Role :  Exchange Online On-Premise

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and deployment of Exchange Server solutions, including on-premises and hybrid configurations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Manage and optimize Exchange Online environments, including mailbox migrations and configurations to enhance user experience.
• Experience with public folder migration and server upgrades.
• Implement and enforce security policies, including configuring role-based access control (RBAC) and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that require Exchange expertise, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Mentor junior administrators and provide training on Exchange management and troubleshooting procedures.

• Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Exchange environments, with a strong focus on Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks.
• Proven track record of successfully leading migration projects from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online.

• Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 services beyond Exchange, such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE: Productivity, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and integration with Azure services.

• Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and network protocols relevant to Exchange.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions specific to Exchange environments.
