Job Description

Purpose:

The purpose of the Marketing Specialist role is to drive brand visibility and

engagement through innovative and effective Below-The-Line (BTL)

marketing strategies. This role is crucial in creating meaningful connections

with target audiences, managing vendor relationships, and executing

impactful marketing campaigns that contribute to the overall growth and

success of the company.

Key Result areas:

ATL & BTL Marketing: Develop and execute Above-The-Line (ATL)

and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing strategies to enhance brand

visibility and engagement.

Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships

with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing

materials and services.

Brand Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic brand

partnerships to amplify marketing efforts and reach new audiences.

Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive

marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive

growth.

Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing

campaigns and initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum

impact.

Corporate Events Execution: Organize and manage corporate

events, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional

activities.

Lead Generation Campaigns: Design and implement lead generation

campaigns to attract and convert potential customers.

Society Activities: Plan and execute Resident Welfare Association

(RWA) activities to engage with local communities and promote

brand awareness.

Data Validation Skills: Ensure accuracy and integrity of marketing

data through meticulous data validation processes.

Budget Planning vs Spends: Develop and manage marketing

budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking

expenditures against planned budgets.

Understanding on ROI: Analyze and report on the return on

investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns to assess their

effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Competition Analysis: Conduct thorough competition analysis to

identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.

Survey and Insights: Conduct surveys to gather customer insights

and feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in offline BTL marketing and event management.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous

improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience with marketing campaign execution and

lead generation experience.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in offline BTL marketing and event management.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous

improvement.
