In pursuit of our expansion plan, we are hiring Business Unit Head for Critical Care & Speciality Solution Division Geographic Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Qualification: B. Pharm or Science Graduate + MBA Experience : Should have 15-20 years of experience in Indian pharma industry in sales and marketing of Critical Care & Speciality Solution Division. Person A. Must have 15-20 years of experience in Indian pharma industry in sales and marketing. B. Must be a working in capacity of Business head or NSM for more than 3 Years in Critical Care & Speciality Solution Division C. Those who have launched / established a new division would be ideal or must have launched a new brand in current position and grown the brands. D. Must have process orientation with ability to strategize, stay disciplined and focused. E. Should have analytical, multi-tasking and good social skills. Responsibility Will drive the Sales and Marketing for Critical Care & Speciality Solution Division & establish the pan India presence along with achieving budgeted numbers. Role To recruit, train and develop the reporting teams. To plan Sales, Marketing and Training budgets. To conduct formal periodic reviews in order to achieve the goals and train and develop the team. Control the expenses and maximize return on investment. To inculcate a process oriented, disciplined culture, focus on development of brand, and people.
