Role & responsibilities: Development of recruitment plan for field sales team and corporate function. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms Job-portals, LinkedIn, advertisement, consultant & other sources as per requirement) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Responsible for Negotiation and On Boarding of candidates. Preferred candidate profile: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Negotiation, Interpersonal Skills, Coordination.
