They work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, post job openings on various platforms, and actively source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. The specialist conducts initial interviews, evaluates candidates for both technical and cultural fit, and coordinates the interview and selection process. They ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, maintain recruitment records in the ATS, and help build a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, they stay updated with industry hiring trends and contribute to employer branding through job fairs and networking activities.
