Job Role & Responsibilities: Retired professional from Banking / Education / Army / Civil Services

• Oversee financial documentation and project loan processes
• Guide customers on housing finance and assist in bank tie-ups.
• Set up systems for budget control, accounting oversight, and risk management.
• Train sales and support staff on communication, client handling, and ethics.
• Create written content like brochures, proposals, and internal manuals.
• Build trust in community outreach or educational real estate seminars.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, documentation review, and coordination.
• Handle site security, workforce discipline, and coordination with security agencies.
• Manage logistic operations for projects and office spaces.
• Interact with local bodies, resolve disputes, and handle tough field conditions.
• Represent the company in negotiations or formal meetings.

General Responsibilities :

• Serve as a bridge between management and field staff.
• Guide junior staff with professionalism and ethics.
• Support in regulatory compliance and project coordination.
• Help build community trust and enhance brand credibility.
• Participate in high-level decision-making meetings.
