Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to projects involving Targeted Literature Reviews (TLR), Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR), Value Dossiers (GVD or AMCP), Scientific publications, and more - Ensure delivery of highest quality work within specified timelines - Present data clearly, accurately, and concisely - Perform quality control checks and proofreading of assigned documents - Demonstrate excellent knowledge of systematic review methodology and HTAs submissions - Write market access documents such as AMCP dossiers and GVDs - Analyze and interpret data, write reports, and make actionable recommendations - Take accountability for writing, reviewing, literature searches, project management, etc. - Support business growth through client relationship development - Guide and mentor junior team members Qualifications: - Masters degree, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent in medicine/pharmacy - 3-6 years of experience in HEOR and medical writing domains - Knowledge of reference management software (EndNote/Reference Manager) and meta-analysis tools (RevMan, STATA, R) - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Additional Details: The company offers an inclusive environment, challenging opportunities, technical challenges across geographies, self-development opportunities, sponsored events, and the possibility of relocation to different Axtria offices for projects.
