Role Overview: You will be responsible for in-patient journey analysis and working with patient-level data to develop a robust solution for the client's teams as a Patient Analytics expert at Axtria. Your role will involve effectively managing the client/onshore stakeholders, defining algorithms, running analysis, and delivering high-quality analytics solutions/reports to the client. Additionally, you will contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities, participate in Hackathons, and build organization capabilities by engaging in solution design and process automation. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively manage client/onshore stakeholders to ensure successful business delivery - Work closely with the project manager to define algorithms and run analysis - Ensure high-quality analytics solutions/reports are delivered to the client - Engage in project scoping, solution design, execution, and communication of analysis in client-ready formats - Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per business requirements - Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathons, solution design, and process automation - Communicate effectively with onshore/client as per business needs Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Domain - Experience in advanced analytics in the pharma domain throughout the patient journey - Proficiency in using various patient-level data sources like APLD, EMR, patient registries, Prescription data, etc - Strong logical reasoning, problem structuring, and data analysis skills - Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing analytics preferred - Statistical/modeling knowledge with the ability to transform data into insights - Good data visualization/reporting skills - Experience in building statistical modeling and/or AI/ML models using Python, R-Studio, PySpark, Keras, and TensorFlow Additional Details: Axtria is a global provider of cloud software and data analytics to the life sciences industry, committed to aligning strategies and operations with universal principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
