They are expanding into doctor-facing knowledge portals to deliver real-time clinical updates, and were looking for a dynamic Senior Content Manager to help lead this growth. Role Overview: Seeking a visionary Head of Medical Affairs & Content to lead the scientific and content strategy for the company&aposs digital initiatives. This senior leadership role combines medical affairs oversight, content governance, and program development, while ensuring compliance with international standards and fostering collaborations with global experts . The role requires a balance of academic depth, medical communication expertise, and strategic leadership to establish company&aposs digital platforms as benchmarks in physician learning . Key Responsibilities: 1 Define and drive the medical content strategy across digital platforms, ensuring global standards of scientific quality. 2 Oversee the medical writing and editing process including content scanning, topic selection, quality checks, scheduling, and version control. 3 Curate content from international journals, conferences, and speaker programs for timely updates. 4 Lead development of content architecture for digital platforms, certification courses, and CME programs. 5 Liaise with international faculty and societies to finalize scientific program agendas and support onsite/virtual program execution. 6 Collaborate with client medical teams for agenda development of scientific meetings and advisory boards. 7 Engage with Indian KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for inputs, advisory panels, and program enhancement. 8 Mentor and manage a team of medical writers and content specialists to deliver consistent, high-quality content. 9 Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices, ICMJE, GPP, and other global medical writing guidelines. 10 Track emerging medical, regulatory, and digital learning trends to keep Centrix at the forefront of medical education. Qualifications & Skills: MBBS / MD / PharmD / PhD / Masters in Life Sciences (higher medical qualification preferred). 812 years experience in medical affairs, medical content leadership, or scientific communications. Demonstrated expertise in content strategy, medical communications, and team leadership. Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines, CME practices, and scientific publications. Proven ability to collaborate with international societies and faculty. Excellent scientific writing, reviewing, and editorial skills. Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities.
