Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with processing, analyzing, and visualizing large-scale biological datasets, including genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data. 2. Use bioinformatics tools and programming languages (such as Python, R, or Bioconductor) to develop custom scripts and pipelines for data analysis. 3. Contribute to the development, maintenance, and querying of biological databases for various research projects. 4.
