Events - Sales Executive

As a Reservations Agent at Marriott International, you will be responsible for resolving guest calls, requests, and problems by contacting the appropriate department. Your role will involve using sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up-selling and providing complimentaries as gifts for patronage. You will promote brand awareness internally and externally, process Marriott Rewards points redemption requests, and handle reservation changes and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail. Additionally, you will assist in office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
