Events Manager cum MarCom Professional

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

• End-to-end planning and execution of all institutional events (Annual Day, Sports Day, Cultural Programs, Seminars, Conferences, Workshops).
  
• Macro-level event planning including budgeting, vendor identification & coordination, logistics, and execution.
  
• Ensure all events align with

  AGI branding guidelines

  through banners, backdrops, stage designs, and collaterals.

Marketing & Communications (MarCom)

• Develop and execute

  marketing and PR campaigns

  to enhance the institutions visibility.
• Manage institutional websites and social media platforms with regular, engaging, and brand-consistent updates.
  
• Collaborate with digital and offline marketing partners to maximize outreach.
  
• Drive offline marketing initiatives such as print ads, outdoor branding, and local engagement campaigns.
  

Admissions Marketing

• Strategically direct marketing activities towards

  admissions growth

  across schools, arts & science college, and engineering college.
• Work closely with admission coordinators and telecallers to generate quality leads and conversions.
  
• Utilize

  CRM tools like NoPaperForms (NPF)

  to streamline admissions communication (knowledge of NPF will be an added advantage).

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree

  in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.

• 35 years of proven experience

  in event management, marketing communications, or admissions marketing (education sector preferred).
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and project management skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  
• Exposure to

  educational marketing and admissions cycle

  will be highly valued.
