Job Description

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to not only achieve but exceed all revenue targets agreed upon with the management. You will be tasked with maintaining and growing relationships with allocated clients, ensuring a certain percentage of business growth year on year. It is expected that you visit each client at least once a week, regardless of whether they have a current project brief. Your role also involves understanding each client brief clearly and delivering flawless proposals to ensure successful closure. This requires close coordination with internal departments for logistical support, cost management, and creative input. You will be responsible for creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists for operational efficiency. A crucial aspect of your position is to mentor and guide your team members, fostering their development in client retention, acquisition, and presentation skills. You will serve as the strategic point of contact for senior clients, building and nurturing strong relationships with them. Collaborating with your team, you will devise creative solutions for both prospective and existing clients to drive business growth. Additionally, you will lead multiple projects and new business initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across the organization. By facilitating effective communication and information flow between the client servicing team and other departments, you will contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
