As an Event Staff in Erode, your role will involve setting up decorations, equipment, and seating arrangements for events. You will collaborate with the lead planner and other team members to ensure the event runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up decorations, equipment, and seating arrangements for events - Collaborating with lead planner and other staffers - Ensuring smooth-running of the event To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Previous experience with event set-up and tear-down - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Capability to lift and carry heavy objects - Proficiency in problem-solving in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings - Excellent time-management skills and ability to perform under pressure This part-time position offers the flexibility of working in different shifts such as day, evening, morning, night, and rotational shifts. Additionally, there is a performance bonus structure in place for motivated individuals. The contract length for this role is 12 months, and the work location is in-person.
