Position: Event Staff Location: Angamaly, Kerala About Us: We organise corporate events, community events, weddings, seminars, conferences, social events etc. We are looking for an energetic, organised and customer-oriented Event Staff to join our team. Key Responsibilities: · Execute and prepare according to event proposals and plans. · Coordinate with venues, vendors (caterers, decorators, AV, transport), negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. · Arrange logistics: seating/layout, catering, transportation, accommodation (if needed), guest registration, on-site coordination, setup and teardown. · Manage guest registration/RSVP, attendee lists, and guest services. · Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, communications, sales) · Provide on-site support during the event: staff volunteers, coordinate vendors, troubleshoot any issues, ensure a smooth experience to customers. · After event completion: oversee closing tasks — equipment return, cleanup, feedback collection, post-event evaluation and reporting. Qualifications / Skills: · Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Event Management / Marketing / Business. · 1year experience in events coordination (or demonstrable interest/skill for fresher). · Strong organisational, multitasking skills. · Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills. · Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays depending on event schedules. · Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with event-management or registration tools is a plus. · Creative mindset and attention to detail.
