Celebrations Group India is a leading organization in event management, specializing in weddings, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and large-scale social and corporate celebrations. We have a rich legacy of delivering exceptional experiences to our clients throughout India. As a Corporate Event Sales Executive at Celebrations Group India, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth in the corporate events segment. This role entails cultivating long-lasting client relationships and ensuring the successful conversion of events. We are seeking a dynamic professional with a comprehensive understanding of event sales, client management, and business development within the corporate sector. Key Responsibilities - Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients for various events such as conferences, product launches, exhibitions, offsites, and corporate celebrations. - Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across different organizations, agencies, associations, and institutions. - Tailor event solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients and provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to drive client satisfaction and foster repeat business. - Collaborate closely with the operations and creative teams to create compelling proposals, pitch decks, and innovative event concepts. - Engage with vendors, venues, and internal departments to deliver customized event solutions. - Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase our offerings and build industry connections. Qualifications & Skills - A degree in Sales, Marketing, or Event Management is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in corporate event sales, MICE, or hospitality sales. - Possess a robust corporate network and the ability to engage with CXOs, HR heads, and marketing leaders. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple projects concurrently. - Knowledge of event operations, budgets, and production processes is advantageous. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Noida before commencing work. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Event Sales is mandatory for this role.,
