Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Producer to lead the planning and execution of high-impact healthcare events, including conferences, webinars, roundtables, and expos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent organizational skills, and a creative mindset to deliver memorable experiences aligned with VOH’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Strategy
• Develop event concepts and formats aligned with VOH’s strategic goals.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Execution & Coordination
• Manage all event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site operations.
• Oversee production elements such as staging, AV, branding, and digital engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, speakers, and partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related communications.
• Marketing & Promotion
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event touchpoints.
• Post-Event Analysis
• Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in event production, preferably in healthcare or B2B sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and digital tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
