EVENT PLANNER
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic EVENT PLANNER who can bring fresh ideas and a positive vibe to our team. This role requires someone who can manage clients with ease, coordinate seamlessly with vendors and foster strong internal team relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and liaise with client to understand their vision and requirements
Plan, organize and execute the events from concept to completion
Coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery
Oversee event setup ,decor, onsite excecution
Manage budgets, timeline and logistics
Build and maintain eexcellent relationships with clients , vendors, and team members
Effective use of canva or any other similar apps to create a moodboard and communicate the idea to client with most passsion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,281.16 per month
