Event Operations & Partnerships Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and technically sound individual to join Evoke Event Co. as our first full-time team member. The role goes beyond event operations—this person will play a key role in client communications, pitching services, venue partnerships, and making sure each event is executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event operations.

Pitch Evoke Event Co.'s services to potential clients and generate leads.

Develop and maintain relationships with venue partners and vendors.

Assist in creating proposals, presentations and client communication.

Support budgeting, logistics planning and team coordination.

Help with social media content ideas and documentation (optional but valued).

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of event management or hospitality.

Confident in client pitching and presentations.

Tech-savvy (Excel, WhatsApp, Canva, Google Drive, etc.)

Willingness to travel and work on-site when required.

Freshers with internships or 1–2 years of relevant experience welcome.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Candidates with backgrounds in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant fields will be preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Internship or prior experience in event coordination, sales, or client-facing roles will be a plus.
