Event Operations Manager

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in our team by effectively liaising with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to determine event requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, facilitating pre-event discussions to influence event design decisions, and managing all logistical aspects of events, ranging from contract negotiations to venue preparation and marketing materials. You will be in charge of ensuring seamless client experiences throughout the entire event process, from initial planning to post-event activities, by overseeing on-site preparations, production, event breakdown, and maintaining a high level of service quality consistently. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Bachelor's degree in event management or a related field - Proficiency in using Event Management Systems - Flexibility to travel domestically - 10-12 years of experience in Event Management Your job responsibilities will include demonstrating a track record of success as an event planner or coordinator, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills, building and nurturing business relationships effectively, demonstrating excellent organizational abilities such as multitasking, time management, and keen attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
