Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Executive Intern to join our team. The intern will support the Events & Operations team in planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about events, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end event planning, from ideation to execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth event operations.
• Support in creating event proposals, presentations, and client decks.
• Handle event logistics, registrations, and on-ground execution.
• Research industry trends, vendors, and innovative event solutions.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and post-event feedback.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the event experience.
