Event operation Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Operations Intern to join our dynamic operation team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the planning and execution of various events, providing valuable insights into the events industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and scheduling
• On-site Assistance: Help with on-site event setup, registration, and attendee management during events.
• Administrative Tasks: Support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
