Event operation Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Operations Intern to join our dynamic operation team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the planning and execution of various events, providing valuable insights into the events industry. Key Responsibilities Event Planning Support : Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and scheduling On-site Assistance : Help with on-site event setup, registration, and attendee management during events. Administrative Tasks : Support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, preparing materials, and managing correspondence. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with event management software is a plus. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
