Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Organization:Defining event goals, developing event concepts, creating timelines, and managing budgets.
• Venue and Vendor Management:Researching and selecting suitable venues, negotiating contracts with vendors (catering, audio-visual, etc.), and coordinating logistics.
• Marketing and Promotion:Developing marketing strategies, creating promotional materials, and managing event promotion through various channels.
• On-site Management:Overseeing event setup, managing staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
• Post-Event Evaluation:Gathering feedback, analyzing event performance, and preparing reports to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Communication and Collaboration:Working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient collaboration throughout the event lifecycle.
• Risk Management:Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
