We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist Administer and coordinate HR policies, procedures, and programs Coordinate training and development initiatives Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing,on boarding and off boarding. Maintaining employee records, managing HR processes, and updating HR documentation. Organizing and facilitating employee training programs. Min 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Excellent organizational and Communication Skills Location- Ballad Estate,Mumbai (Candidates from near by location are preferable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: HR Generalist/ HR Operation: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Ballard Estate, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
