Event Manager (Client & Production)

As an Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing clients, executing high-impact events, and leading internal teams. Your deep understanding of event production, vendor management, client communication, and on-ground execution will be essential for success in this position. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, expectations, and event objectives. Building strong relationships with CXOs, senior leaders, and key stakeholders will be a key responsibility. Presenting concepts, plans, timelines, and budgets to clients confidently and professionally will also be part of your role. Managing approvals, feedback loops, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Present concepts, plans, timelines, and budgets to clients - Manage approvals, feedback loops, and ensure client satisfaction - Lead end-to-end planning for various corporate events - Prepare detailed event flow, execution plans, run sheets, and contingency plans - Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery - Manage all aspects of event production and on-ground deployment - Ensure timely production, quality checks, and adherence to brand guidelines - Prepare comprehensive event budgets and manage costs effectively - Manage the entire on-ground event production and operations - Supervise set-up, rehearsals, show-running, and event dismantling - Manage teams, ensure alignment, and maintain high work standards Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in event management with strong production expertise - Proven ability to handle large-scale corporate events and multi-stakeholder coordination - Strong understanding of event production processes and timelines - Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills - Strong vendor network and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and manage complex projects Preferred Background: - Experience in Event Agencies, BTL Agencies, or Marketing Agencies - Strong background in production-heavy setups, corporate events, or exhibitions - Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously,
