Your Role:

Associate Event Manager in the Production team

What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing the production lifecycle of events, activations, and brand experiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, fabricators, and logistics teams.
• Conduct recce visits, vendor follow-ups, and technical setup support.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting.
• Ensure high standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Be the on-ground problem solver, ensuring the show always goes on.

Who You Are:

• You bring 

  2–4 years of experience

   in event production, BTL activations, or experiential marketing.
• You’re organized, solution-oriented, and thrive under pressure.
• You love being on the ground—setting up, checking details, and making sure everything is perfect.
• You understand production timelines, vendor dynamics, and the need for speed.
• You’re proactive, accountable, and a natural team player.
