Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Management Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a balance of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in event planning, wedding management, and experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive lectures and workshops on event planning, marketing, budgeting, logistics, and production.
• Provide foundational training and insights in:
• Music and entertainment coordination
• Event décor and theme design
• Photography and videography essentials
• Catering and hospitality management
• Sound, lighting, and stage design
• Dance, choreography, and performance management
• Design and update course content and assessment methods aligned with industry trends.
• Mentor students through live projects, internships, and career development.
• Collaborate with industry experts to organize guest lectures, workshops, and field activities.
• Contribute to academic planning and overall institutional growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in event management, wedding planning, or training.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of music, décor, photography, catering, sound & lighting, and dance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring event professionals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event planning tools preferred.

Salary:

Negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
