The Aacharya is India's first organized Home Tuition + Academic Mentorship program dedicated to CBSE and ICSE students in Class 4 to 8. We integrate trained home tutors, weekly subject monitoring, Olympiad and scholarship preparation, and parental support, all in a single robust framework. Launched in Varanasi, Aacharya is rapidly growing with a mission to revolutionize personalized learning in India. We provide students with regular guidance, assist parents with openness, and ease the entire learning process.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Management Specialist, located in Lucknow. The Event Management Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring events run smoothly. This role also involves training staff and marketing events to maximize attendance and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Training and Marketing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in educational events is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
