Event Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, including venue selection, logistics, timelines, and vendor management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Client Interaction: Support client meetings and ensure their requirements are understood and met during event execution.
• Vendor Management: Assist in sourcing, negotiating with, and managing vendors for various event services like catering, décor, and audio-visuals.
• On-site Event Management: Be present at events to oversee operations, handle any issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Post-Event Analysis: Help in gathering feedback, analyzing event success, and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
