Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Krayon Entertainments presence in the entertainment industry, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Identify & Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets for Krayon Entertainment’s products and services. Develop & Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth. Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales strategies, pitch to potential clients, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the marketing, production, and creative teams to align business development efforts with company goals and strategy. Brand Building & Outreach: Represent Krayon Entertainment at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase visibility and foster relationships. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to senior management.
