What You’ll Do

🎯 Assist in on-ground event production and setup coordination

📦 Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution

📋 Support pre-event planning, documentation, and post-event reporting

📞 Coordinate with clients and internal teams to maintain smooth communication

📸 Contribute to content capture and marketing efforts during events

🧠 Learn the ins and outs of technical production, fabrication, and event operations

Who You Are

✅ A recent graduate or student pursuing Event Management, Marketing, or a related field

✅ Strong communicator with a knack for multitasking

✅ Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

✅ Eager to learn, take initiative, and be hands-on with production

✅ Prior experience or internships in event planning/marketing is a plus
