WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pre-Event Planning & Promotion:
Manage all preparations before events, including handling registrations, designing and coordinating creatives, and generating excitement through social media and other promotional channels.On-Ground Event Management:
Represent Sapaad at events by managing the booth setup, ensuring collaterals are in place, delivering compelling elevator pitches, and engaging with attendees to maximize footfall and brand visibility.Post-Event Engagement:
Execute follow-up campaigns to nurture leads, maintain relationships, and convert event interactions into tangible business opportunities.Event Data Management:
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of events, contacts, and key interactions to track engagement and optimize future activities.Vendor & Agency Coordination:
Work closely with vendors and agencies to ensure seamless logistics, timely delivery of materials, and smooth execution of all event-related operations.
YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 2–4 years of proven experience in
event or field marketing
, with hands-on involvement in planning, executing, and managing events or on-ground activations. - Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously, coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies, and ensure flawless execution of events.
- Experience working with
enterprise B2B clients or in the F&B sector
is a strong plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with client engagement, lead generation, and brand-building in relevant markets. - Strong verbal and written communication, capable of presenting ideas confidently, delivering elevator pitches, and engaging effectively with clients, partners, and event attendees.
