Event Executive

As an Event Executive at Padanyaas Entertainment, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for connecting with Dance Choreographers, Dance Teachers, and Dancers through various communication channels such as call, email, and social media. Your primary role will involve informing them about upcoming Championships and convincing them to participate. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and executing events for the Megha Sampat Dance Squad. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with Dance Choreographers, Dance Teachers, and Dancers through call, email, and social media. - Provide detailed information about upcoming Championships and persuade them to participate. - Plan and execute events for the Megha Sampat Dance Squad. - Connect with Event organizers and provide information about MSDS Teams. - Research and gather data about new connections. - Make cold calls to potential participants. - Maintain records and reports. - Execute projects on Event Day. - Contribute to the progress of the company by conducting research and establishing new connections. - Travel with Team Padanyaas for various projects to gain hands-on event experience. - Perform any other project-related tasks not explicitly mentioned here. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: Graduation. - Dance Knowledge will be an added advantage. - Excellent negotiation skills. At Padanyaas Entertainment, you will have the opportunity to work full-time in our office located at Thane, Hiranandani Estate, with work timings from Monday to Friday, 09:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday work-from-home from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm. Strong English language proficiency and effective communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role. Having your own laptop will be an added advantage.
