Event Executive- College Activation

As part of the team, you will be responsible for leading and executing brand activations on college campuses. Building and nurturing strong networks with college committees, cultural heads, event organizers, and student leaders will be crucial to the success of the campaigns. Collaboration with college staff and faculty will also be necessary to ensure smooth campaign approvals and logistics. Your role will involve ensuring seamless pre-event and on-ground management, including planning for contingencies and coordinating with vendors to manage setups and handle any last-minute changes. You will be the face of the brand during college events, engaging directly with students. During the off-season, you will focus on building a community of student content creators and influencers. Collaborating with these creators, you will plan and execute digital campaigns to generate buzz for the brand. Additionally, you will identify emerging talent across colleges and assist in integrating them into our affiliate network. After each event, you will be responsible for preparing event wrap-up reports, gathering feedback, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and making suggestions for future improvements. As an ideal candidate, you are a recent graduate or final-year student who is actively involved in college life. You possess strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. Your passion for events, youth culture, and digital trends, combined with your ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments, make you the perfect fit for this role.
