Event Designer

Role Overview: At Utsav, you will play a crucial role in leading the visual narrative for luxury weddings, working closely with leadership to convert client conversations into mandates. You will be responsible for building moodboards, themes, and visual decks to help clients envision their wedding, as well as creating design content for marketing purposes. Your role will involve sitting in on prospect calls, turning client cues into themes, and contributing to design-led blogs and visual storytelling pieces. Additionally, you will maintain a living design library of themes, palettes, inspirations, and ideas. Key Responsibilities: - Build moodboards, themes, and visual decks for clients to visualize their wedding in advance. - Lead design conversations confidently during early prospect calls. - Translate client cues into emotionally and financially appealing themes. - Develop design content for marketing purposes, including themes, reels, and visuals for ads. - Contribute to design-led blogs and visual storytelling pieces. - Maintain a design library of themes, palettes, inspirations, and ideas. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of design experience in luxury weddings, premium events, or hospitality. - A portfolio demonstrating a balance of aesthetic, scale, and sensibility. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and at least one core design tool such as Adobe, Canva, or Figma. - Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to represent the design narrative in key calls. - Proactive attitude, fast-paced work ethic, and a discerning eye for design.
