Love all things Weddings Want to be part of a global wedding media agency Location: Mumbai (Hybrid - Must Use Own Devices & Software) Experience Required: 3-5 years in Preferably Weddings, Events, Luxury, Branding As the Partnerships & Communications Coordinator at CELEX, your role is twofold: Internal Communications: Nurture relationships with current CELEX Ensemble members to ensure seamless content delivery, collaborative planning, and brand alignment. External Communications & Partnerships: Identify and initiate strategic conversations with relevant wedding professionals and luxury/couture brands, contributing to CELEX's expansion and reputation. You'll serve as the bridge between the internal team and external stakeholders, ensuring CELEX delivers on its luxury promise and builds lasting partnerships globally. Key Responsibilities Internal (Member Coordination): - Engage with existing Ensemble members to align on marketing content preferences and timelines. - Collect, organize, and relay member content to the marketing team. - Schedule periodic check-ins with members to keep them engaged and updated on CELEX initiatives. - Ensure member marketing commitments are fulfilled efficiently and with brand accuracy. External (Outreach & Strategy): - Research and identify top-tier wedding professionals globally for potential Ensemble onboarding. - Initiate outreach and set appointments with the Director for partnership discussions. - Open dialogue with luxury fashion, lifestyle, and hospitality brands for collaborative opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing head to build tailored outreach presentations/pitches for prospects. Who would do well in this role A person with a background in either hospitality, organising weddings/events, worked for a couture or luxury brand or sales for other media agencies.
