Urgent Hiring Event Coordinator

Location - Adalaj, Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their event requirements, vision, and objectives.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, including negotiating with vendors and tracking expenses.
• Venue & Vendor Coordination:Research, select, and book venues; coordinate with various vendors for catering, entertainment, audio-visual equipment, and more.
• Logistics Management: Arrange transportation, coordinate accommodation, manage attendee registration, track RSVPs, and handle day-of logistics.
• Content & Marketing: Develop content for event materials, work with graphic designers, and oversee publicity and marketing strategies.
• On-Site Execution: Oversee event setup, manage staff and volunteers, and handle any issues that arise during the event.
• Post-Event Activities: Manage teardown, gather feedback, prepare post-event reports, and handle final payments.
