Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator, based in Bengaluru. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing various events. Daily tasks include coordinating event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, managing event budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team in event-related activities.

• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and supporting sales activities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
