About Us:

Mayka Blessing Events Pvt. Ltd. is a full-service event management company known for executing seamless and impactful corporate, social, and experiential events. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator who can handle on-ground execution, technical coordination, and vendor management to ensure flawless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct venue recce (site visits) to understand layout, logistics, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with vendors for stage setup, sound, LED walls, lighting, truss, branding, and décor.
• Supervise event setup and dismantling activities on-site.
• Work closely with the production and client servicing teams to ensure all requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain event checklists, material lists, and setup layouts.
• Handle technical briefings and requirement discussions with sound, light, and LED vendors.
• Manage timelines, crew coordination, and client approvals during live events.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of event setups.
• Support in artist coordination, logistics, and backstage management as required.
• Attend pre-event meetings, rehearsals, and client walkthroughs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator / Event Executive (event industry background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of stage, sound, LED, and lighting setups.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle on-ground challenges.
• Flexible with travel and extended working hours during events.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Education:

• Graduate or Diploma in Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
